After years of using this wonderful and free site it has come to many of our attention that it is trying to kill us all, through the computer I mean. Furthermore it has been shit. Fact.
Therefore I am delighted to welcome you all to join our new and improved website.
http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/surfc
This new and improved version is completely free, easy to sign up to, a massive problem with the crumbling site, and just generally looks a lot nicer.
Now, all I ask of you guys is to spread the word. Tell everyone that has at one point of another been part of this wonderful club that we have moved and redirect them to the sexy, younger, more willing to try things in the bedroom, site.
Sign up ASAP because we want this site looking at tip top condition for the new season for when the freshers arrive. Also, if you have a little extra time, roam around, have a look and add some extra detail about yourself. It helps to make us as a club look more professional and its also nice to see a picture of yourself on the interwebs. If you don't do it, chances are I'll just submit a picture on your behalf and it'll be shit, so best bet is you do it.
Much banjo destroying love,
TT

The University of Sheffield Rugby Club 7s returns, bigger and better than ever before. Fact.
Basically we are holding it at Tapton School for all the right reasons:
- free pitches (area divided up by our illustrious training co-ordinator mad lidkins),
- area free for the consumption of beverages,
- within walking distance of everyone at sheffield uni,
- place for biggest bbq known to man (eyebrows),
- 2 minutes from sainsburys who just happen to stockpile large quantities of alcohol,
- uniquely placed next to a certain pond/lake which is only a short jog away....
Get involved. Teams of 10 to play in 2 leagues finishing with semi-finals and then finals.
Anyone is allowed to enter a team so bring friends, family, gf's, bf's (Ville), to see who this year will lift the glorious, magnificent, illustrious, and mighty damn fine SURFC club 7's trophy.
And for all you round ball lovers (again Ville), the proceedings will almost certainly be over in time for the 8:30 kick off for England vs USA.
Date: 12/6/10
Time: 12:00
Venue: Tapton School
